REFUND POLICY

Eternal Alchemy Cosmetic Tattoo Studio & Academy

Due to the digital nature of our online trainings and downloadable resources, all digital product sales are final. There are no refunds available once payment is made and access is granted.

For in-person trainings and studio workshops, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Payments made for training programs, including (but not limited to) the Permanent Makeup Bootcamp, Henna Tint & Threading Course, Permanent Jewelry Masterclass, and Apprenticeship Program, are non-refundable. Course access and/or studio preparation begin immediately upon payment, and services are considered rendered at the time of enrollment.

For permanent makeup services, all booking deposits & service payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. A non-refundable deposit is required and goes toward your total service cost. You may reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice and your deposit will transfer. After 1 reschedule, a $50 fee applies per change. All changes must be made via phone, text, or email during business hours.

Less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits your deposit and requires a new deposit to rebook. No-shows forfeit the deposit plus a $100 fee for lost time and discarded supplies. 

By enrolling in a training or booking a service with Eternal Alchemy Cosmetic Tattoo Studio & Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Content specifically marked as shareable (templates, marketing guides, etc.) may only be redistributed within your organization with attribution.

Students and clients must behave professionally and respectfully in all online or in-person interactions. We reserve the right to revoke access to any service, training, or membership without refund for violations of conduct, misuse, or breach of terms.
